Refund policy

Made just for you

Every shirt, sweatshirt, hoodie and gang sheet is made after you order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, color or a change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund.

Orders are final once placed

Because production starts right away, we can't change or cancel an order once it's placed. Please double-check your sizes, colors and shipping address before you check out.

DTF gang sheets

Gang sheets are printed exactly as you design them, so we can't refund for artwork issues like spelling, low-resolution images or sizing. If there's a printing defect on our end, we'll reprint it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
